WORLD RECORD RB - 6 ABLE " RUNNING " 365 DAYS ( 12 MONTH MORE )

Recovery Boiler - 6 is one of the two boiler units operating in the RB - 1 ( RB - 5 and RB - 6 ) . Boiler is located in the area currently only Riau.And Recovery boiler - 6, listed as one of the boilers are capable of operated for 365 days , 12 months without any stop engine and trip since September 10, 2012 until now .


This success is a remarkable feat achieved by RB - 6 . It was supported by all parties, especially the DCS operator and operators in the field .
Just before RB - 6 can operate 8 months ( 253 days ) from the date of 6 September 2012 without any stop .

Recovery boiler - 6, which is headed by Mr. Badot Krawang said that this achievement can not be separated from the contribution of all employees RB - 1 from head shift , team leader and all operators ( DCS & Field ) .
He added that the key to this success should be maintained as long as they can pay attention to the following aspects :

1 . Controlling replacement Shootblower
2 . Set the combustion air ( Primary , Secondary and Tertiary Water Flow )
3 . Charbed control in the furnace to avoid the Carry Over
4 . Conditions attention Spray gun ( Black Liquor System)
5 . Set the temperature Black Liquor


Then how can this be achieved , so that the RB - 6 Capable of operating for 1 year ?
Badot krawang confidently said , what is needed is :

1 . All employees must be generous and caring with which he worked
2 . Improve Team Work solid
3 . Good information between leaders and subordinates
4 . Improve Preventive maintenance performance
5 . Good in the air Controlling combustion ( combustion)
6 . Good operational maintenance
7 . Good in controlling Charbed

Any changes would have a new problem arises as a result of these changes , but not the issue that we fear but how we can confront and resolve the issue to our progress .

This achievement is not only the best se - APP group , but to the world level .

Hopefully this achievement can be a positive reference value for the existing recovery boiler in the APP Group in particular .
