Create a new innovation is a priceless achievement.
The company has a large plant requires a lot of creative people to improve the performance of a plant.Dan companies will benefit more as well as with employees who there.They-those involved in the project got the reward they deserve.

One plant that is able to demonstrate achievement in the Recovery Boiler

Recovery boiler plant has made a creative idea to create a system of consumption of salt cake (Na2SO4) had the salt cake filling directly on point to the Primary Air Port (PAP) for direct combustion in the furnace. Salt cake is in the contents of the silo and the salt cake are encouraged to use the air in the direction of the Primary Air Port (PAP).

By charging Na2SO4 using this new system then charging Salt cake (Na2SO4) became more abundant, whereas previously the consumption of salt cake in Recovery boiler is only 45 tons / day and after using the silo Salt cake consumption grew 15 tons of salt cake and the current total consumption of salt cake for Recovery boiler-1 can reach 60 tons / day.

With the addition of salt consumption in the cake Recovery boiler is the quality GL to RC sent in for the better, and sulfidity in RC could rise.
