FRESH FRUITS THE ENERGY ENHANCER


Fruits not only provide enough fiber for the body but also can provide additional energy because of abortion that serve as energy enhancers. There are some fruits that are known as the energy enhancer. What is it?

Eating fruits is the best way to increase energy because it contains natural sugars and healthy carbohydrates, and other nutrients that could fuel the body.

Here are some fruits that can be energy enhancers, as reported by LIVESTRONG on Wednesday (02/15/2013):

1. Fruits that contain iron
When the iron deficiency, the body will easily weak and exhausted, and can cause anemia. Women are particularly vulnerable to iron deficiency due to blood loss during menstruation.

Fruits that contain iron can be in times of weak energy enhancers, such as apricots, prunes, dried pears, apples, bananas, oranges and strawberries.

4. Fruits with high fiber
